Landscape Construction & Maintenance:
Laborer/Worker - $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
Entry level people who work on crews installing or maintaining landscapes under the supervision of a Sr. Technician and a Foreman. No experience necessary.

Technician - $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
Laborers/Workers that have had one or more years of experience working on crews installing or maintaining landscapes under the supervision of a Foreman.

Sr. Technician - $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
Technicians that have had two or more years of experience working on crews installing or maintaining landscapes under the supervision of a Foreman. Will help guide and train entry level Laborers/Workers.

Foreman - $27,000 - $33,000 per year plus incentives
Sr. Technicians or the equivalent that have three or more years experience working on crews installing or maintaining landscapes, and also have experience running a job and directing a crew. Will also be involved in the training, managing and motivating a group of Laborers/Workers and Technicians. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Sr. Foreman - $33,000 - $46,000 per year plus incentives
Foreman that have eight or more years experience running jobs and directing a crew. Will also be involved in planning and the training, managing and motivating a group of Laborers/Workers and Technicians. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Production Supervisor - $40,000 - $50,000 per year plus incentives
Sr. Foreman or the equivalent with supervisory skills that will oversee a group of Foreman and Sr. Foreman. Will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and selecting, training and developing, managing and motivating a group of Sr. Foreman, Foreman, Technicians and Laborers. Will also aid in material ordering and selection, job scheduling and equipment purchasing. Will also aid in the company planning and budgeting process. This person reports to the Landscape Salespersons and management.

Office:
Administrative Assistant - $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
This person will be responsible for answering the phone and directing the calls to the proper person. Other duties involved are, but not limited to: filing running errands, typing, managing customer data base, working on company newsletter, accounts receivable, aiding sales staff and helping management with special projects.

Sales:
Landscape Sales, Designer or Architect - $26,000 - $50,000 per year plus commission
These people are responsible for handling the entire sales process from initial consultation, to design, to scheduling work, ordering materials, project overview, invoicing and follow up. This position will require working the booths in the trade shows, attending association meetings and events, and soliciting new customers when necessary. Duties also include aiding management in: job scheduling, company budgeting and planning process, advertising and more. These people oversee the Production Supervisors and and aid them in overseeing the Foreman.

Maintenance/Snow Removal Salesperson - $26,000 - 50,000 per year plus commission
This person is responsible for sales, scheduling work, budgeting hours, site visits, add on sales and invoicing. Duties also include aiding management in the company budgeting and planning process, advertising, soliciting new customers when necessary, attending association meetings & events, working the booths in the trade shows, employee hiring, equipment selection and more. This person oversees the Maintenance Foremen, Technicians, Laborers and Snowplowers during winter.

Shop:
Shop Laborers/Workers and Technicians - $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
These positions are responsible for routine maintenance on vehicles, trailers, loaders and equipment, under the supervision of the Shop Foreman. Duties include but are not limited to: pressure washing, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, parts running, shop organizing/cleaning and minor repair.

Shop Foreman - $27,000 - $46,000 per year plus incentives
This person is responsible for overseeing the repairing, maintaining and improving the fleet of equipment the company owns. Will also be responsible for the training, managing and motivating of Laborers/Workers and Technicians working in the shop. This position reports to the Vice President.

Nursery:
Nursery Laborers/Workers and Technicians - $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
Duties in this positions include but are not limited to: watering, organizing, loading/unloading, heeling in stock, pulling plants for jobs and more under the guidance of the Nursery Foreman.

Nursery Foreman - $27,000 - $46,000 per year plus incentives
This person is responsible for organizing, watering, pruning, fertilizing, insect and disease control, tagging, selecting, loading/unloading and more. Will also be responsible for the training, managing and motivation of Laborers/Workers and Technicians working the nursery. This position works directly with the Landscape Salespersons and reports to management.

Concrete:
Concrete Laborers/Workers and Technicians - $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
These positions are responsible for assisting the concrete foreman in the process of preparation, laying, stamping, coloring and clean up of the drives, walks and patios.

Concrete Foreman - $27,000 - $46,000 per year plus incentives
This person is responsible for the entire concrete process, from grading to clean up. This person will work directly with the sales staff, aiding them with design, estimating and layout. Will also be responsible for the training, managing and motivation of the concrete Laborers/Workers and Technicians.

Irrigation:
Irrigation Laborers/Workers and Technicians - $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
These positions are responsible for assisting the irrigation foreman in the process of preparation, installing and clean up of new systems, as well as the start up and shut down of existing systems and temporary systems.

Irrigation Foreman - $27,000 - $46,000 per year plus incentives
This person is responsible for the entire irrigation process, from layout to clean up. This person will work directly with the sales staff, aiding them with design, estimating and layout. Will also be responsible for the training, managing and motivation of the irrigation Laborers/Workers and Technicians.

Specialists - $25,000 - $46,000 per year
These are positions with special knowledge or skills related to a service or certain equipment. (Arborist, truck driver, dozer operator, lawn applicator, carpenter, mason, snowplower, etc…)
