Your source for: Commercial Residential Shoveling Salting Trucking
Apt./Condo Complexes Roads Snow Blowing Loader Service Removal
All of our trucks and loaders have flashing strobe lights for safety and are radio dispatched, 24 hours a day -
_7 days a week, including holidays.
We are fully insured including: general liability and auto insurance, as well as worker's compensation.
We use a DTN weather tracking system, along with our "weather watchers" stationed from Pewaukee south
_to Burlington, and from East Troy east to Racine, to stay abreast of snowfalls.
Some of our speciality equipment includes: mulit-position V-plows to help coral and move snow where it
_needs to go instead of windrowing it in front of garage doors or behind cars. Folding wing plows to help
_tackle large properties. Large and small snowblowers for sidewalks. Tailgate salters on pick-ups for
_residential driveway salting. Large dump truck salters. Push salt spreaders with saferty guards for salting
_sidewalks with turf or plantings around them. Skid loaders with plows and buckets. Wheel loaders with
_2 and 4 yard buckets. Dump trucks to haul snow.
Bag vs. bulk salt: Many contractors that use bag salt for lots and drives usually do not apply enough salt due
_to the fact that they don't want to keep filling the small hopper, especially in bad weather. We use bulk salt
_on the majority of our properties for three reasons. First, it is easier for us to load (machines vs. manual).
_Second, it starts working faster, there are more fine pieces and dust that generate more heat. Third, our bulk
_salt is blue in color allowing our drivers to be able to see if they have uniform coverage.
We currently service almost 100 properties throughout southeastern Wisconsin
We have separate crews dedicated to sidewalk snow removal only. No disgruntled plow drivers doing a poor
_job because they hate shoveling.
All of our snow removal employees receive a bonus at the end of the season for working every snow event
_an for no vehicle or property damage. What does this mean to you. Our service is extremely reliable and our
_employees are very careful.
We have all of our own snow removal equipment. Many contractors during or after a couple heavy
_snowfalls scramble around to find some large rental equipment to stack or haul snow away. The problem is
_that they are not the only ones looking. This delay can cause you problems if you have snow piles taking up
_parking spaces or reducing visibility at entrances/exits and intersections on your property. When safety is
_compromised, you need removal immediately. Not when a rental unit becomes available.
Using skid loaders along with trucks at multi family complexes and some commercial sites give us an
_advantage over many of our competitors. Skid loaders are more maneuverable with much better visibility.
_This means you will get a much better plowing because we can get within inches of structures, vehicles,
_obstacles etc...without the risk of damaging them. You will not run out of room as fast due to snow piles
_taking up too much space because skid loaders can stack snow much higher that trucks can.
Providing successful snow removal services requires having enough staff, equipment and salt to handle the
_large several day storms not just he one or two inches. It requires staying on top of daytime snowfalls by
_plowing and salting several times if necessary to keep properties clean and ice free. It requires constant
_monitoring of conditions. We do not just plow snow. Createscape is a professional snow removal company.
_"There is a difference."
